Yes. It is the same pharmacy engine and the same screens: sales, batches and expiry, stock, purchasing, prescriptions, shifts, expenses and reports. The differences are where it runs and how it is paid for.
No. You get 14 days free with no payment details. We never charge automatically: when the trial ends you choose a plan and pay with an M-Pesa prompt, or you stay read-only.
Your records stay safe. After a missed payment you get a grace period, then the pharmacy becomes read-only: you can look at everything and export it, but cannot record new sales until you pay. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Yes, whenever you like and whatever state your plan is in. The pharmacy owner can download the whole pharmacy database from the Online page of their account.
Choose Optima Desktop if your internet is unreliable at the counter, you want a thermal printer and cash drawer, or you prefer to pay once (KES 25,000).
